In addition to the sea, Cattolica boasts numerous green spaces for outdoor games, jogging, Nordic Walking or cycling. Catholics love to take children to play at the Peace Park, which is spread over two hectares and includes an artificial lake, an ice rink and two refreshment bar points.

Sport is one of the main sources of tourism for the city, which hosts numerous events linked to this circuit, such as the Gran Fondo dei Squali in May, now a consolidated appointment for cyclists around the world, the junior soccer tournaments in the spring months, Basketball retreats and joint events with the nearby Marco Simoncelli racetrack, in Misano, with the Motogp, Superbike and WDW.
