Dimaro-Folgarida (TN) training camp
The town of Dimaro is located at 766 m.s.l.m. and extends on a plateau beside the Noce stream, in a sunny position, immersed in the splendid natural environment of the Adamello - Brenta Natural Park. This location offers various possibilities for leisure time. In winter you can have fun on over 50 km of slopes in the Folgarida-Marilleva ski area. For those who love cross-country skiing, Val di Sole offers 70 km of cross-country trails that wind through a fabulous winter scenery.
Even in summer there are numerous possibilities for recreation, including mountain biking, rafting on the Noce, high mountain excursions and much more.
Dimaro is characterized by several historic buildings, including the church of San Lorenzo which dates back to the fifteenth century and which preserves frescoes by the brothers Giovanni and Battista Baschenis and altars by Giovanni Battista Ramus, the Palazzo del Dazio and numerous stone fountains. In the nearby town of Carciato there is the church of San Giovanni Battista, dating back to 1751.
